Return & Replacement Policy
At Shakti Kala, we take pride in offering handcrafted, authentic, and high-quality products, making each piece truly unique. However, due to the nature of our products, we kindly request you to review the policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that every return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such request if it does not align with the conditions outlined below.
We have 3 days for return only if any damaged goods are delivered once the return is approved the exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days
Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Your order is damaged during transit.

You received an incorrect product.
Note: Customers must provide videographic proof to process any return or exchange request. This video evidence is essential for internal evaluation. Failure to provide the required proof will result in an inability to process the return or exchange request.
Timeframe:

Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product via mail attaching the video proof (mandatory).

The item must be returned in its original condition, with original certification (if certified) and packaging intact.

Any tampering with the product and/or its certification will result in denial of the return request.
Exclusions:

Return/exchange requests will not be accepted after 3 days from delivery.

Courier charges, VAT, GST, and duties are non-refundable.

If order once shipped, it won't be eligible for refund unless it reaches you and if it is not damaged/incorrect. Proof of being damage needs to be shared via mail with attaching unboxing videos of the package and showcasing damaged product in one shot. No edited clips will be entertained. No WhatsApp/Instagram conversations will be marked as official statement for refund.

Shakti Kala will not arrange pickup for returns/exchanges. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be borne by the customer. Only return requests will be accepted if mailed on official email address with attached unboxing videos with damaged or incorrect product with in 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Categories (Unless Damaged):
Returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product is damaged:

Personalized or size-specific products

Products received exactly as ordered
Due to the nature of our products, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted to prevent the possibility of substitution with counterfeit or low-quality items. No WhatsApp/Instagram conversations will be marked as official statement for refund.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-12 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval/rejection of the refund.
Note: Refunds will only be processed to the original payment source to comply with legal requirements.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional details such as PAN Card or bank details may be required for all orders.

For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking), refunds will be credited within 5-10 working days.

Refund delays due to banking processes, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Shakti Kala.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Carrier still in transit or not delivered yet due to shipment company failure/technical glitch/unattempted.

Minor flaws or packaging issues that do not affect the product's functionality.

Slight color or size variations due to differences in lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing tolerances.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and size charts before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card company.

Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any condition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, email contact@shaktikala.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Approved exchange items should be sent to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the return value.

Refunds for gifts will only be issued to the original purchaser.
International Orders (Outside India)

Refunds for international orders will be processed within 30-45 days.

Shakti Kala is not responsible for custom charges, duties, GST, or VAT levied by the customer’s country.

If an international order is refused or canceled after dispatch, the customer is responsible for all applicable fees and duties. Refunds will only be processed after the returned items are received.
Note - at the time of shipping the return item to Shakti Kala, you are hereby responsible for filling correct information regarding the product, including purchase price of the product, and particulars of the product so being returned. Failure to comply with this might result in non-fulfillment of return due to discrepancies in order particulars. This correct information is required from you for the purpose of custom clearance. You agree to cooperate fully with the Company to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and customs regulations during the return process.
Shakti Kala reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
